Pro Tips for the Best Results

To calculate Hours or Minutes accurately, your data must include full timestamps (e.g., '2023-10-01 14:30:00'). If your columns only contain plain dates ('2023-10-01'), the tool will assume midnight (00:00) for both, which is fine for calculating 'Days', but useless for micro-measurements. If your dataset contains active/unfinished tasks, the 'End Date' cell should be completely blank so the tool knows to skip it without throwing an error.

Currently, the engine calculates Absolute Time (calendar days/hours), meaning weekends and holidays are included in the duration. It measures the pure physical time elapsed.

What happens if the End Date is earlier than the Start Date?
